By reducing chassis flex vertically and laterally. Vehicle handling and ride feel is sharpened and enhanced due to vehicle dynamic forces being further controlled by the springs and dampers instead.
Race-Spec Strut Bar bases are made of stamped, welded high strength steel which has been powder coated for aesthetics and corrosion protection while the center piece is comprised of a hollow, reinforced aluminum bar which is strong and light with a polished finish. All Race-Spec Strut Bars are protected with a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
Note: Interior trunk foam must be modified for clearance with the strut bar.
