Shock Upper Mount Suspension Top Hat fits Alfa Romeo Giulia Rear

These extended rear top mounts (hats) for the new Alfa Romeo Giulia chassis are designed to convert to an upper bearing type mount for increased damper response. This compact, lightweight package is designed to eliminate bushing compliance and give you the control you need in the rear of your modified Giulia. 

Giulia mounts are a rubber bushing setup, which allows lots of deflection under high loads. This is great for ride comfort and noise, but not ideal for controlling a high spring rate in aggressive driving conditions. As spring rates, and therefore dampening forces go up, the damper can't effectively do its job because the top of the shaft is not mounted securely. This kit eliminates bushing deflection in a more durable package.

Made in the USA from 6061 billet aluminum. All Diftech hats use high strength FK wide-series bearings with Teflon liners for maintenance free, quiet operation. Diftech hardware kit included to fit to stock and stock type dampers with an M10 x 1.5 shaft. Customers can email us for custom install kits for specific racing applications.
