Pictured above is 149-T014J (M/T version). The Automatic Transmission version is the same design except with slightly smaller resonator on the front pipe, and no difference in sound.

The A'PEXi exhaust manifold for the Scion FR-S and Subaru BRZ has been configured with 3 options:

1. Exhaust Manifold

2. Overpipe

3. Super Catalyzer with Resonator

PRODUCT FEATURES:

  • Utilizes a 4-2-1 [Tri-Y] layout that results in improved throttle and rev response throughout the low to high range of the RPM band.
  • The Flat-4 engine 4U-GSE and FA20 becomes sportier with an improved responsive driving feel, due to the mid-range torque curve becoming linear and eliminating the low torque curve valley of the factory engine.
  • Optional Super Catalyzer is constructed in 130cpsi, and optimizes the exhaust system by reducing weight from having stock catalytic converters (x2) down to 1, and also minimizing exhaust gas flow restriction, meanwhile meeting emissions standards all in one catalytic converter configuration.

149-T015J is designed with a slightly smaller resonator than 149-T014J, for use with A/T model vehicles. It will also fit to M/T vehicles with no difference in sound.
