Product of in-depth fuel injector remanufacturing processââ¬â¬�which includes careful unit identification, complete disassembly, and extensive cleaning and inspection of core assembliesââ¬â¬�to make sure core quality guidelines are met before reassembly. All component parts are tested against OE performance, with all worn parts being reconditioned or replaced as needed to meet emission requirements and maximize engine performance. Undergoes multi-step validation process, including OE calibration, leak check, and flow bench check to validate flow. Includes new O-rings, copper seals, and instruction sheets for easy installation.
