The accelerator pedal sensor assembly is 100% tested for most accurate output versus pedal position. Multi-finger wiper design accurately controls sensor contract to within a few grams of force for best acceleration and deceleration performance. Accelerator pedal is made of high impact plastic, which provides the best solution to pedal support and spring guide components. High strength dual return springs provide redundancy and a comfortable, familiar pedal force profile.
