Original shipping is non-refundable. For orders shipped free, the actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Return shipping is prepaid by the customer.
After payment capture, cancellations and refunds generally incur a 5% processing fee, except for our error, confirmed defects or confirmed carrier loss. The 5% and 20% fees do not stack; only the greater applicable fee applies. Store credit waives the 5% fee, but applicable return fees remain.
Missing, incorrect or transit-damaged items: report within 3 business days of receipt with photos of the product and packaging.
For defective items, contact us for help with the manufacturer's warranty process. The manufacturer decides the claim.

FORD 3/8" DIAMETER ROTOR-BOR
Use this air drill driven tool to cut out the spot welds holding the original equipmentalignment plate to the top of the strut tower of all Taurus/Sable/Windstar vehicles. Once the plate is loosened caster and camber can be adjusted.

GM STRUT SERVICE SET
This kit offers everything necessary for servicing GM "W" body vehicles. Kit includes strut retaining tool needed to maintain strut tube alignment with the coil spring while the strut is disassembled. Includes the tools necessary for removing and installing gas charged or oil filled strut cartridges. Lets you work through the strut tower while it is still on the vehicle. Packaged in a durable plastic case.
MACPHERSON STRUT SPRING COMPRESSOR
This compressor allows for safe, economical compression of MacPherson strut springs. Hooks are designed to lock the coil in place. To be used on all struts except those with vinyl coatings. Use of both hooks per spring is required. Maximum jaw opening of 230mm.
INTERNAL COIL SPRING COMPRESSOR
A handy chrome-moly steel compressor designed to fit inside most coil springs with an internally mounted shock. Will accommodate spring lengths from 8-1/4" to 14". It can be use on any coil spring with a minimum inside diameter of 3-3/8" to a maximum inside diameter of 5-5/8" and wire diameters up to 3/4".
UNIVERSAL SPRING COMPRESSOR
This two-piece internally threaded spring compressor is a great option for MacPherson strut, coilover, and other accessible springs. With 7" of travel and a 6,000 lbf max working load with a 3x safety factor, this is an ideal tool for almost any spring. Vinyl coated ends protect the spring from damage, safety jaws keep the compressor stabilized on the spring, and the ball bearing load surface makes compression easy using simple hand tools. Use of both hooks per spring is required.
