    Request return authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Keep items unused and uninstalled, with original packaging and accessories. Electronics, liquids, special orders and other categories are excluded.

    Email sales@frsport.com with RETURN and your order number in the subject to request an RMA. Please wait for return authorization before sending your item back.

    Wrong part/size or change of mind: a 20% return processing fee applies, plus applicable shipping costs.

    Original shipping is non-refundable. For orders shipped free, the actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Return shipping is prepaid by the customer.

    After payment capture, cancellations and refunds generally incur a 5% processing fee, except for our error, confirmed defects or confirmed carrier loss. The 5% and 20% fees do not stack; only the greater applicable fee applies. Store credit waives the 5% fee, but applicable return fees remain.

    Missing, incorrect or transit-damaged items: report within 3 business days of receipt with photos of the product and packaging.

    For defective items, contact us for help with the manufacturer's warranty process. The manufacturer decides the claim.

    Skyjacker specifically engineered a progressive 2-stage dual rate long travel coil. First Flex Rate stage delivers a comfortable ride with the ability to flex\expand during full articulation as the suspension drops (full droop). This keeps the coil springs seated in the upper coil mount/bucket and the tires in contact with the terrain.Second Ride Rate stage only engages after compression past Flex Rate. Engineered for the Gladiator's distinctive handling characteristics, rear coils are side specific. ADX 2.0 Adventure Series Remote Reservoir Aluminum Monotube Shocks deliver modern technology in the design with an innovative off-road race-inspired full-displaced valving system.Engineered for higher speed applications, remote reservoir shocks still perform at crawl. The external remote reservoir separates nitrogen gas from the oil with an Internal Floating Piston (IFP). The majority of the reservoir contains pressurized nitrogen gas. The IFP prevents gas and oil from mixing or foaming (cavitation).Formed from 2- in. OD x 0.250 wall DOM tubing, both pairs of arms are Flex Links. The axle mount has pressed-in HD OEM style vulcanized rubber bushings and the upper frame mount has Rock Jock's 2-1/2 in. forged Johnny Joints. These Johnny Joints provide over 30 degrees of unrestricted Flex movement in any direction.Front Adjustable Track Bar includes pre-installed pressed-in OEM style rubber bushing with an adjustable 3/4- in. Heavy-Duty Rod End, Alignment Bushings and Jam Nut. Rear Track Bar Lower Axle Mount Bracket re-centers rear axle and restores OEM handling.Extended Length Sway Bar End Links allow full articulation at full droop. Front end links include pre-installed pressed-in OEM style rubber bushings. Rear end links come with press-in Poly bushings.Front and Rear Bump Stop Spacers bolt onto axle bump pads and keep the suspension travel safely in check. D.O.T. Certified Extended Length Stainless Steel Braided Rear Brake Lines are for stopping power.
