Request return authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Keep items unused and uninstalled, with original packaging and accessories. Electronics, liquids, special orders and other categories are excluded.
Email sales@frsport.com with RETURN and your order number in the subject to request an RMA. Please wait for return authorization before sending your item back.
Wrong part/size or change of mind: a 20% return processing fee applies, plus applicable shipping costs.
Original shipping is non-refundable. For orders shipped free, the actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Return shipping is prepaid by the customer.
After payment capture, cancellations and refunds generally incur a 5% processing fee, except for our error, confirmed defects or confirmed carrier loss. The 5% and 20% fees do not stack; only the greater applicable fee applies. Store credit waives the 5% fee, but applicable return fees remain.
Missing, incorrect or transit-damaged items: report within 3 business days of receipt with photos of the product and packaging.
For defective items, contact us for help with the manufacturer's warranty process. The manufacturer decides the claim.

Up your control and raise your Super Dutys off-road performance abilities. Gain ride height and improved ride quality with this 4-inch lift. Get some aggressive 35s off-road tires for more ground clearance to work hard and play harder. Specifically engineered for Super Duty F250 4WD Diesel motors, these 2-Stage Variable Rate Springs deliver a smooth controlled comfortable ride. First Flex Rate stage delivers a comfortable ride with the ability to flex\expand during full articulation as the suspension drops (full droop). Second Ride Rate stage only engages after compression past Flex Rate: resulting in a smoother ride. Radius arm drop brackets lower the OEM radius arms mounts at the frame to maintain the correct caster specifications for proper alignment. An ultra heavy-duty track bar relocation bracket captures the front crossmember on both sides to prevent movement in this critical high-stress area and to keep the axle centered. The sway bar links realign the front sway bar working angle to achieve maximum sway control. Drop spacers reposition the front bump stops. Front brake line brackets and braided stainless steel brake lines correct and reposition the brake lines. A heavy-duty steering stabilizer relocation bracket corrects and enforces the stabilizer connection. Hydro steering stabilizer included. A 3.5-inch rear block and U-bolt kit delivers a more level stance. Carrier bearing lowering kit corrects driveline angles to eliminate driveshaft vibrations. Shocks are a key link in-between the chassis and your suspension. Front and rear damper capacity enhanced with ADX 2.0 Adventure Series Remote Reservoir Aluminum Monotube Shocks. ADX 2.0 has a race-inspired full-displaced valving system. Nitrogen charged with Internal Floating Piston Technology = Quickest Shock Reaction Time Ever. Together this complete kit maintains the factory geometry angles, alignment specifications and structural strength.
