The rack relocation itself is brand new along with the hardware, the only thing that is used with marks seen in the attached photos is the rack bushes.

We do recommend adding an extension to the steering column, which for the S13 can be seen here;

Refer to the product photo for the items condition these are not brand new items and have imperfections. This does not effect their performance or use but cannot be sold as brand new.
