Return details & how to start

Request return authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Keep items unused and uninstalled, with original packaging and accessories. Electronics, liquids, special orders and other categories are excluded.

Email sales@frsport.com with RETURN and your order number in the subject to request an RMA. Please wait for return authorization before sending your item back.

Wrong part/size or change of mind: a 20% return processing fee applies, plus applicable shipping costs.

Original shipping is non-refundable. For orders shipped free, the actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Return shipping is prepaid by the customer.

After payment capture, cancellations and refunds generally incur a 5% processing fee, except for our error, confirmed defects or confirmed carrier loss. The 5% and 20% fees do not stack; only the greater applicable fee applies. Store credit waives the 5% fee, but applicable return fees remain.

Missing, incorrect or transit-damaged items: report within 3 business days of receipt with photos of the product and packaging.

For defective items, contact us for help with the manufacturer's warranty process. The manufacturer decides the claim.

PRP's Polaris RZR Roll-Up Tool Kit provides everything you need to fix your RZR out on the trail. This 38-piece kit includes a selection of high-quality ratchets, sockets, wrenches, extension bars, pliers, and a ball peen hammer. We have hand-picked the tools most commonly needed when working on a Polaris RZR so you'll have the essentials that you need! Made from extremely durable twill material, the Polaris RZR Roll-Up Tool Kit makes it easy to keep everything neat and organized. The bag is made from extremely durable twill material, features heavy duty buckles, and has an easy to carry grab handle. A zippered pocket holds all the sockets you'll need and any other tools you want to bring with you. The tool bag can be mounted, or stored securely inside the vehicle. The roll-up style bag makes it quick and easy to grab out of the vehicle when you need it, and the tools inside don't make noise when bouncing around the trails. This kit also comes with PRP’s RZR Belt Changing Bolt for Turbo, Turbo S, RS1, PRO XP, PRO R, PRO S and Turbo R’s. Rather than using the L shaped clutch wrench that’s included in the stock tool kit (where you have to spin it by hand a thousand times), you can simply insert this hardened bolt, and use a ratchet (or impact) to tighten it down in seconds. The bolt holds the secondary clutch open, so you can quickly and easily change a belt in seconds, rather than minutes Don't get caught out on the trail unprepared. PRP's Roll-Up Tool Kit has everything you need to get your RZR going! Plus, each tool also includes a Limited Lifetime Warranty! Testimonial "This tool burrito is the product I end up using the most, and has pretty much everything you need to work on a RZR.
