Request return authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Keep items unused and uninstalled, with original packaging and accessories. Electronics, liquids, special orders and other categories are excluded.

Original shipping is non-refundable. For orders shipped free, the actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Return shipping is prepaid by the customer.
After payment capture, cancellations and refunds generally incur a 5% processing fee, except for our error, confirmed defects or confirmed carrier loss. The 5% and 20% fees do not stack; only the greater applicable fee applies. Store credit waives the 5% fee, but applicable return fees remain.

The device will turn on and sanitize for 15 minutes then automatically shut down- leaving disinfected surfaces while eliminating odors and viruses. Integrated sensors shut down the lamp if anyone enters the room, including pets. This UV-C Room Sterilization Lamp is tested and proven to properly disinfect and inactivate 99.99% of bacteria and viruses. Even workplaces such as offices, waiting rooms, and common areas can benefit from the same UV-C technology that has been used in hospitals and labs for cleaning and disinfecting rooms for years. Instructions:To get started, simply plug into a wall outlet. Turn the device on by pressing the "on/off" switch then select the duration you want - 15 minutes for a 100 square foot area, 30 minutes for a 200 square foot area and 60 minutes for a 400 square foot area.
