Twin plate series boasts tremendous popularity and support. While making full use of mild and outstanding pedal feeling, by expanding the friction area, it also supports high power vehicles. Set the transmission force, the breakability, 559 series that balanced the half-clutch feeling in high dimension, and the 659 series with emphasis on transmission power.
Optional setting of a silent type that suppresses backlash sound unique to rug drive type clutch that occurs when a clutch is disengaged. By attaching a coil spring, the pressure plate was pressed down, and vibration was suppressed. In addition, this spring makes it easier for the pressure plate to return to the cover side, and the "breakability" of the clutch is also improved.
For ease of use, the standard type adopts a disc with damper, but optional for damper less setting for those who pursue higher meat response. A more direct transmission feel is obtained. Note: The damperless type is more severe than the one with damper.
In terms of measures against heat, slits were put in the friction surface of the pressure and the mid plate, and each friction surface was segmented. The homogenization per due to cooling effect and a segmented friction surface by the slit thus now possible to more stable torque transmission.
Adopted a floating hub mechanism (PAT.P) that further evolved the drive hub system with a reputation for durability and operability.
