Our units are designed to ensure optimum engine idling at all times. Working in conjunction with the corresponding sensors & engine computer, these devices provide rapid response to any variation in idle speed. Designed with polymer blended, injection molded isotropic neodymium-iron-boron magnet. The magnet is magnetized into 12 or 24 equally divided sections, alternating north & south poles controlling the pintle adjustment/airflow in the throttle bypass valve. Our units can control pintle movement to .0016 inches per step for the 12-pole magnet & .0008 inches per step for the 24-pole magnet. Manufactured with the highest grade materials for prolonged life and superior performance.
