Polymers such as nylon are used in the construction of the assembly providing the spring guide components with the best combination of strength and support. Intermotorà ® pedal sensor assemblies are 100% tested for output versus pedal position, the slope and linearity of the two separate outputs are accurately checked ensuring optimum vehicle performance. Intermotorà ® pedal sensors maintain specific installed outputs to match OE rather than adjustable consolidated designs.
