Hitachi's Variable Timing Solenoid (VTSs) precisely regulate oil flow to the Variable Timing Gear to allow the engine to adjust timing for optimal performance and fuel economy. Our VTS have a(n) optimally designed electromagnet(s) requiring less energy to maintain operating positions resulting in more consistent oil flow while precision machined ports and high-quality seals create less pressure drop. Additional O-ring located in the solenoid housing prevents water from damaging electrical components increasing dependability.
