A sensor that will display a light on the dashboard about a low level of coolant in the cooling system. Usually found in the Coolant Reservoir. (1712544) by Global Parts Distributors LLC
The electrical switch is designed to give feedback to the engine management system. The ECM controls the A/C system on modern vehicles. In earlier vehicles, they are used to directly turn the compressor off to avoid compressor failure.
