Gates Premium Thermostats feature a heavy gauge stainless steel construction for improved corrosion resistance, as well as an upgraded spring for increased temperature stability under normal operation conditions.
- Upgraded thermal valve prevents thermal shock to cooling system components
- Specially-formulated wax mixture reacts quickly to changes in coolant temperature
- Jiggle pins for air venting, seals and gaskets make these thermostats equivalent to the original equipment part
- Well-suited for severe duty and high-performance applications
