Eligibility, fees and return steps

Request return authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Keep items unused and uninstalled, with original packaging and accessories. Electronics, liquids, special orders and other categories are excluded.

Email sales@frsport.com with RETURN and your order number in the subject to request an RMA. Do not send a return without authorization.

Original shipping is non-refundable. For orders shipped free, the actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Return shipping is prepaid by the customer.

After payment capture, cancellations and refunds generally incur a 5% processing fee, except for our error, confirmed defects or confirmed carrier loss. The 5% and 20% fees do not stack; only the greater applicable fee applies. Store credit waives the 5% fee, but applicable return fees remain.

Missing, incorrect or transit-damaged items: report within 3 business days of receipt with photos of the product and packaging.

For defective items, contact us for help with the manufacturer's warranty process. The manufacturer decides the claim.

Fabtech Lift Kits K3071DL Improving on the Ram's new front suspension design this 5'' System includes replacement tubular Radius Arms with Fabtech's exclusive dimple die side plates for superior strength and a rugged appearance. These new Radius Arms provide increased caster for use with oversized tires and lifted suspension heights. The stock front coil springs are mounted with angular steel spacers to retain the factory spring bow. This is an important feature as Chrysler designed this bow to aid in their unique alignment spec and ride quality. Flat spacers do not provide this. Heavy duty 1/4'' thick steel front Track Bar drop bracket centers the axle under the vehicle with the new ride height. A Fabtech innovation on this system is the steel front bump extensions. They will not blow out like extra long urethane bump stops found in other aftermarket suspensions. No chance of spring and shock damage with the Fabtech'steel extensions. The rear suspension receives a block and u bolt system with bump stop extensions. The 5'' Radius Arm System will clear 37'' tall tires and includes front and rear 2.25 Dirt Logic Stainless Steel shocks. Estimated installation time - 4.5 Hours. 10 holes to drill for installation.
