Request return authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Keep items unused and uninstalled, with original packaging and accessories. Electronics, liquids, special orders and other categories are excluded.
Email sales@frsport.com with RETURN and your order number in the subject to request an RMA. Please wait for return authorization before sending your item back.
Wrong part/size or change of mind: a 20% return processing fee applies, plus applicable shipping costs.
Original shipping is non-refundable. For orders shipped free, the actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Return shipping is prepaid by the customer.
After payment capture, cancellations and refunds generally incur a 5% processing fee, except for our error, confirmed defects or confirmed carrier loss. The 5% and 20% fees do not stack; only the greater applicable fee applies. Store credit waives the 5% fee, but applicable return fees remain.
Missing, incorrect or transit-damaged items: report within 3 business days of receipt with photos of the product and packaging.
For defective items, contact us for help with the manufacturer's warranty process. The manufacturer decides the claim.
The new powerful and flexible data logger Aim EVO4S Car Racing Datalogger is the evolution of the well known Aim EVO4. It maintains the same connection logic, one connector per channel, but with a completely redesigned internal electronic board, fully compatible with the last generation of Aim dashloggers and with the new powerful Race Studio 3 software.
A Wide range of sources for your data
The EVO4S car racing datalogger samples all the information you need: data coming from your vehicle ECU via CAN, RS232 or K-line, from the internal accelerometers and gyro, from the GPS08 module included in the kit.
And from analog/digital inputs, external expansions as well as predefined math channels. Sensors can be connected to 5 configurable analog channels, to the RPM input and to 2 wheel speed inputs.
GPS08 Module
The GPS08 Module included in the EVO4S kit, provides the following information, updated ten times per second:
- Position (latitude, longitude, altitude)
- Speed
- Longitudinal acceleration
- Lateral acceleration
If EVO4S knows the finish line of the track and the split coordinates, it can calculate and show:
- Lap Times
- Split times
Sensors
Many sensors can be connected to EVO4S via:
5 Analog channels with configurable 12 bit 0-5 Volt, 0-500 mV, 0-50 mV inputs or thermocouple input, used to sample data coming from temperature, pressure, suspension and other kinds of sensors.
2 Speed inputs, which allow to monitor the different wheels behavior.
1 RPM input, which manages square wave signals transmitted by the ECU, or pulse signals picked from the coil command (low voltage).
Internal three-axial accelerometer and gyro sensor
A built-in inertial platform lets you have the most powerful system for understanding oversteering, understeering, banking, etc.
Download your EVO4s data to a pc for professional data analysis.
Data recorded by EVO4S can be downloaded to PC and analyzed with the professional Race Studio Analysis software: graphs, histograms and tables will help you evaluate your performance, providing an objective support to avoid mistakes and improve your driving technique.
