Request return authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Keep items unused and uninstalled, with original packaging and accessories. Electronics, liquids, special orders and other categories are excluded.

Email sales@frsport.com with RETURN and your order number in the subject to request an RMA. Please wait for return authorization before sending your item back.

Wrong part/size or change of mind: a 20% return processing fee applies, plus applicable shipping costs.

Original shipping is non-refundable. For orders shipped free, the actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Return shipping is prepaid by the customer.

After payment capture, cancellations and refunds generally incur a 5% processing fee, except for our error, confirmed defects or confirmed carrier loss. The 5% and 20% fees do not stack; only the greater applicable fee applies. Store credit waives the 5% fee, but applicable return fees remain.

Glidden Victor Intake Manifold for SBC 15°/18° Heads 4500

Edelbrock Part # 2859 Victor Glidden intake manifold is for all-out nitrous-assisted drag race applications. Designed with noted drag racer Billy Glidden, it features intake runners with a large cross-section area of 3.2 square-inches for maximum high-end horsepower in engines operating from 5000 to 8500 rpm with GM or Edelbrock 18-degree heads. Carb mount flange and plenum are machined for 4500 Series carburetors and require port matching and blending prior to use. The Edelbrock Victor Glidden is a single-plane, high-rise intake designed for maximum race-winning power at higher engine speeds.

  • Recommended intake gasket: Edelbrock # 7218 or Fel-Pro # 1282
  • Carb Pad Height: 7.03?
  • For use with 15 and 18 Degree Chevy with 4500 Series Carburetor.
  • Use RTV sealant to properly seal end seals, such as Edelbrock High Temp Silicone sealant # 1076, DO NOT USE END SEALS GASKETS.
  • Optimum cylinder head port opening size should be as close as possible to the size of the gasket being used.
  • Hardened washers Must be used with intake bolts to ensure proper torque and prevent galling of the aluminum.
  • Sealant must be used on intake bolt threads if the threads extend into lifter valley or coolant passage.
  • NPT/Pipe thread fittings require the use of Teflon tape or paste on threads to ensure proper seal.
  • Proper installation is the responsibility of the installer. Improper installation will void your warranty and may result in poor performance and engine or vehicle damage.
