The Edelbrock #2024 E-Street Top End Kit delivers entry-level affordable street performance and great driveability from idle to 5,500 rpm. The Edelbrock #2024 kit includes a Performer RPM intake manifold, E-Street cylinder heads, Performer hydraulic flat tappet camshaft, timing chain, complete bolt kit and an Edelbrock gasket set. To get great performance out of any engine, all of the components must work together. For over 30 years, the Edelbrock Total Power Package system has solved the parts matching puzzle for many street performance enthusiasts. Installation Note:

Do not exceed 5,500 RPM's.

E-Street heads are for hydraulic flat tappet camshafts ONLY.

For 396-454 B/B Chevy, 1965-95

Results on a 454 c.i.d. B/B w/9.6:1 compression.

Proper installation is the responsibility of the installer. Improper installation will void your warranty and may result in poor performance and engine or vehicle damage.

Use RTV sealant to properly seal end seals, such as Edelbrock High Temp Silicone sealant #1076, DO NOT USE END SEALS GASKETS.

Sealant must be used on intake bolt threads if the threads extend into lifter valley or coolant passage.

NPT/Pipe thread fittings require the use of Teflon tape or paste on threads to ensure proper seal.

DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN NPT/Pipe fittings, this may cause the aluminum to crack around the fitting boss. NPT/Pipe thread is a tapered thread.
