Request return authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Keep items unused and uninstalled, with original packaging and accessories. Electronics, liquids, special orders and other categories are excluded.

Original shipping is non-refundable. For orders shipped free, the actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Return shipping is prepaid by the customer.

Doug's Headers D380-B is the black-finish steel sidemount header pair for small-block Chevrolet Corvette applications. The current installation manual specifies 1965-1982 Corvette 265-400 small-block engines.
- 1-7/8-inch primary tubes and 4-inch collectors
- 16-gauge steel with 3/8-inch flanges
- Gaskets and mounting hardware included
Separate side pipes and mufflers are required. The manufacturer instructions call for rocker-panel modification and may require accessory brackets, depending on alternator/generator and A/C mounting. Professional installation and test fitting are needed.
The product-page heading also lists 1963-1964, while the current manual starts at 1965. Confirm those earlier years with the manufacturer before ordering. Do not use this small-block header for a big-block engine.
