This intake manifold collector gasket is made from a superior gasket material and more precisely cut compared to OEM part profile. Older manifolds may have oxidation that will prevent the OEM gasket from sealing 100%, so a thicker gasket is recommended. The material we use is a high-end gasket sheet with excellent sealing properties that is laser cut to the precise shape of the intake manifold. The extra thickness will ensure a quality seal, even in high boost turbo applications.
