Request return authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Keep items unused and uninstalled, with original packaging and accessories. Electronics, liquids, special orders and other categories are excluded.

Wrong part/size or change of mind: a 20% return processing fee applies, plus applicable shipping costs.
Original shipping is non-refundable. For orders shipped free, the actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Return shipping is prepaid by the customer.
After payment capture, cancellations and refunds generally incur a 5% processing fee, except for our error, confirmed defects or confirmed carrier loss. The 5% and 20% fees do not stack; only the greater applicable fee applies. Store credit waives the 5% fee, but applicable return fees remain.

DC Sports Round Muffler, 2.5" Inlet, 3" Outlet (SKU: DCMU-2503-ST)
If your stock muffler sounds like a vacuum cleaner and chokes up past 5,000 RPM, this is usually where we start. The DC Sports 2.5 inlet muffler with a 3 inch exit hits that sweet spot for an aggressive exhaust muffler, but it doesn’t do the cheap canister thing where everything turns into rasp and buzz. You get an intentional sound, not noise for noise’s sake, and it works great as a DC Sports exhaust upgrade on anything from a daily to a weekend track car.
Inside, you’re looking at a straight through muffler design, basically a high flow muffler core that lets the exhaust move instead of bouncing through restrictive baffles. On the road, you’ll feel it most in throttle response and how cleanly the car pulls up top. The DC Sports exhaust note comes in deeper and smoother, and the volume stays predictable. One of our guys summed it up perfectly, “Loud when you lean on it, calm when you cruise.” That’s the vibe.
This one uses polished T-304 stainless, so it holds up to heat cycles, wet weather, and road grime way better than mild steel. It’s also a DC Sports polished muffler, so it still looks like you cared when you peek under the rear bumper a year later. Call it what it is, a DC Sports T-304 muffler you can run year round without babysitting it.
Fitment stays simple. The 2.5 inch inlet matches common piping, and the DC Sports 3 outlet muffler setup gives you a clean modern exit without going cartoonishly huge. Any competent exhaust shop can weld it into your DC Sports custom exhaust, and it also plays nice in a universal setup as a universal oval exhaust muffler alternative when you want round for packaging. If you need different shapes, DC Sports also offers a DC Sports oval muffler and the DC Sports 5x8 muffler, but this round body is the easy button when space matters.
