DC Sports 2.5" High-Flow Air Filter – Reusable Performance Intake Filter
The DC Sports 2.5" air filter is a compact, high-flow option built for real performance use, street cars, track toys, and any custom air intake filter setup where space is tight. With a 6.25-inch overall height, it fits cramped engine bays without choking your combo, so your throttle response and midrange don’t feel like an afterthought.
Every DC Sports air filter uses an oiled cotton gauze filter element that actually breathes while it works. The media traps fine dirt and debris without turning your intake into a plug. It’s bonded to a temperature resistant air filter base made from urethane, so it can deal with under-hood heat, vibration, and daily abuse. The integrated urethane base air filter flange is a direct bolt intake filter design for 2.5" tubing, so you don’t have to stack extra couplers just to make it fit.
This 2.5 inch air filter comes in both closed-top and open top air filter versions. Closed-top keeps things a bit quieter and more directed; the open-top breaths a little more freely and adds more induction sound, ideal if your custom air filter project includes “hear the turbo/ITBs” on the checklist. Whether you’re after a replacement air filter for an existing intake or building a new custom air intake filter from scratch, this DC Sports intake filter gives you reusable performance and consistent filtration without drama.
