Chassis flex on the Mustang design has always been a problem, especially on the convertibles. To fix this-install a set of BBK Gripp Mustang Sub-frame connectors to vastly improve chassis strength. Available to fit all 79-93 Mustang GT and LX as well as Cobra's. They are manufactured with super strong boxed steel that will help give your uni-body Mustang the handling and feel of a full-frame chassis. All BBK sub-frame connectors can be bolted on to the existing front and rear sub frames however we highly recommend that they are welded in place for maximum strength.
