These New 2011, 2012, 2013 & 2014 Ford Mustang GT BBK After Cat High Flow X pipes are designed to increase performance and horsepower and as an after-cat product they are smog legal, just like a cat-back exhaust system. On the 5.0 models the BBK engineers designed the X pipe with 2-3/4" CNC mandrel bent tubing for great power and sound.
This part is installed after the catalytic converters and therefore is exempt from CARB emissions
