Garrett Ball Bearing Turbo for 2004.5-2009 Chevy/GM 6.6L Duramax LLY/LBZ/LMM/LML/LGH for Chevy Silverado, GMC Sierra Diesel Trucks. This complete Ball Bearing turbocharger upgrade kit comes complete with everything needed for the install. The Garrett GT3794VA Ball Bearing turbocharger provides increased air-flow, lower EGTs (Exhaust Gas Temperatures) better efficiency and durability, delivering the added boost you need.
