ATP Front Mounted Intercooler Kit for Volvo C30 / S40

Front mounted intercooler kit for the Volvo C30. Direct bolt on replacement with factory style MAP sensor mounting flange and stainless brackets included. Uses Garrett's 400HP high density core and custom ATP endtanks and inlet outlets. All TIG welded construction. The factory intercooler is almost no intercooler with intake temps rising over 120 degrees F and up to 150 degrees F on a software flashed vehicle. The ATP FMIC kit drops the intake temps to as low as 70 degree F (just around ambient). Big power gains and margin of safety is added due to reduced knock and colder charge temps.
