Request return authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Keep items unused and uninstalled, with original packaging and accessories. Electronics, liquids, special orders and other categories are excluded.

Wrong part/size or change of mind: a 20% return processing fee applies, plus applicable shipping costs.
Original shipping is non-refundable. For orders shipped free, the actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Return shipping is prepaid by the customer.
After payment capture, cancellations and refunds generally incur a 5% processing fee, except for our error, confirmed defects or confirmed carrier loss. The 5% and 20% fees do not stack; only the greater applicable fee applies. Store credit waives the 5% fee, but applicable return fees remain.

Overview
Attaching neatly to most vehicles, these self-standing retractable awnings fit onto the side of most roof racks and roof bars, and are conveniently stored for immediate use on arrival. Specifically designed for harsh wilderness conditions, the awnings feature anodized height adjustable telescopic legs, hook and loop ties to secure roof, thick reinforced aluminum extrusions all secured and free from the outside elements in a heavy duty nylon reinforced bag. Constructed from tough PU coated 300gsm poly/cotton rip stop canvas, the awnings are fully waterproof and offer a UVP 50+ rating. ARB Awnings come in three great sizes, and fit up to 6.9ft (2.1m) high mounting points. (Length being the distance from the vehicle out). Comes with pegs and guy ropes for securing legs, stainless steel mounting nuts and bolts and comprehensive instructions. ;
