Request return authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Keep items unused and uninstalled, with original packaging and accessories. Electronics, liquids, special orders and other categories are excluded.
Email sales@frsport.com with RETURN and your order number in the subject to request an RMA. Please wait for return authorization before sending your item back.
Wrong part/size or change of mind: a 20% return processing fee applies, plus applicable shipping costs.
Original shipping is non-refundable. For orders shipped free, the actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Return shipping is prepaid by the customer.
After payment capture, cancellations and refunds generally incur a 5% processing fee, except for our error, confirmed defects or confirmed carrier loss. The 5% and 20% fees do not stack; only the greater applicable fee applies. Store credit waives the 5% fee, but applicable return fees remain.
Missing, incorrect or transit-damaged items: report within 3 business days of receipt with photos of the product and packaging.
For defective items, contact us for help with the manufacturer's warranty process. The manufacturer decides the claim.

How to care for titanium products
The gorgeous titanium hue is prone to showing dirt, but it can be easily cleaned with simple care.
A'PEXi Titanium Mug boast a titanium color that's uniquely pigmented, showcasing various tones based on the thickness of the transparent oxide film and light refraction. Although fingerprints may temporarily dull this color, a quick cleaning to remove surface oil and dirt will restore it to its stunning state.
Basic care
- Create some foam using a gentle dish detergent and a soft sponge.
- Delicately clean titanium products using a sponge and make sure to rinse them thoroughly with hot water.
- Swiftly wipe off any moisture and let it dry.
How to clean stubborn stains - liquid Bleach that is diluted with water (1 bleach 9 water ratio)
- Prepare hot water of 40-50°C (104-122°F).
- Add a small amount of food-grade liquid bleach into the hot water you've prepared.
- Place the titanium product in the solution and let it soak for approximately 5 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly with hot water (Hot water of 40-50°C) - Swiftly wipe off any moisture and let it dry.

*** When using bleach, use in a well-ventilated area. ***
*** Do not wash the item with dish washer ***
*** Do not use any harsh chemicals to clean the product ***
***Do not use abrasive sponges- Use only soft sided sponges***
Avoid leaving the product wet, as it could lead to stains and etc.
Make sure to thoroughly wipe off any moisture from the surface and let it dry.
Please refrain from using the dishwasher.
