Request return authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Keep items unused and uninstalled, with original packaging and accessories. Electronics, liquids, special orders and other categories are excluded.
Email sales@frsport.com with RETURN and your order number in the subject to request an RMA. Please wait for return authorization before sending your item back.
Wrong part/size or change of mind: a 20% return processing fee applies, plus applicable shipping costs.
Original shipping is non-refundable. For orders shipped free, the actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Return shipping is prepaid by the customer.
After payment capture, cancellations and refunds generally incur a 5% processing fee, except for our error, confirmed defects or confirmed carrier loss. The 5% and 20% fees do not stack; only the greater applicable fee applies. Store credit waives the 5% fee, but applicable return fees remain.
Missing, incorrect or transit-damaged items: report within 3 business days of receipt with photos of the product and packaging.

aFe Power's new Twisted Steel header delivers an astounding 12hp and 19lbs. x ft. torque while outflowing the factory exhaust manifold. The header is constructed of 1.625" 16-gauge 409 SS tubing with a 3/8" thick head flange to ensure a leak free seal. aFe engineers have designed a header that features a symmetrical tube design for optimum balance and efficiency of exhaust flow. To eliminate dead space that can cause turbulence and hindering flow that formed collectors are prone to produce, a true merged collector and optimized tube lengths are used for true pulse control technology improving flow and performance. 100% TIG-Welded construction ensures optimal strength and durability. The smooth curves and increased diameter of this header helps remove restriction and keeps exhaust gas flowing smoothly for improved performance and durability on and off the trails. All components are supplied for a hassle-free installation with no modifications necessary.
Symmetrical Tube Design:This header features a symmetrical tube design that allows for a perfect balance of exhaust pulses between the left and right side headers. This balance allows for improved flow characteristics and ultimately creating more power.
Mitered Collectors:Mitered collectors extend the tube length into the flange which decreases turbulence and increases exhaust velocity. The result is increased horsepower, torque and improved throttle response.
Tig-Welded:100% TIG-Welded by certified craftsmen for race proven strength and durability. TIG-Welding provides the strongest welds reducing stress cracks.
3/8" Thick Head Flange:A 3/8" thick head flange is used for maximum strength and durability. The flange design is identical to the head port and is machined flat for a leak-free seal.
409 SS Construction:This header is constructed of durable CNC mandrel bent 16-gauge 409 stainless steel tubing for maximum performance, corrosion resistance and strength eliminating cracking.
