Eligibility, fees and return steps

Request return authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Keep items unused and uninstalled, with original packaging and accessories. Electronics, liquids, special orders and other categories are excluded.

Email sales@frsport.com with RETURN and your order number in the subject to request an RMA. Do not send a return without authorization.

Original shipping is non-refundable. For orders shipped free, the actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Return shipping is prepaid by the customer.

After payment capture, cancellations and refunds generally incur a 5% processing fee, except for our error, confirmed defects or confirmed carrier loss. The 5% and 20% fees do not stack; only the greater applicable fee applies. Store credit waives the 5% fee, but applicable return fees remain.

Missing, incorrect or transit-damaged items: report within 3 business days of receipt with photos of the product and packaging.

For defective items, contact us for help with the manufacturer's warranty process. The manufacturer decides the claim.

Trunnion Bar Weight Distribution Hitch

Bolt-Together Hitch Head/Shank Assembly.

  • Fits Class III/IV 2” receivers
  • Bolt-together head with 8” of height adjustment for 31331 and 31335;(6” for the Lightweight #31330 model)
  • Black baked-on polyester powder-coat finish for superior rust protection
  • Rise: 7-1/2”; Drop: 1".
  • Shank length: 10".
  • Ball to pin hole: 12-3/8”.
  • Balls not included; 1-1/4" hole on head assembly requires 1-1/4” shank on trailer ball for 31331 and 31335; 1” hole requires a 1” shank for Lightweight #31330.
  • Chains are attached.

PIN TRUNNION FEATURES:

  • Raised ball platform for greater coupler clearance, turning radius, access to trailer ball nut. Only 4” of ground clearance required to insert spring bars into pin trunnions.
  • Built-in dual sway control platform allows the use of either left or right sway control. When towing trailers longer than 24 feet, a second sway control should be added.
  • Spring bars are easily removed from pin trunnions with safety D-clips. Pin trunnions remain attached to head.
  • Unique pin trunnions attach to head using Grade 5 bolts instead of the standard knuckles. No need to remove pins so head stays clean and free of grease.
  • Lightweight model #31330 has a lighter product weight than standard WD hitches; it handles capacities of all cars and most SUVs. 

Note: With offset snap up brackets. (6-1/2” total height adjustment, rise 4-3/4”, drop 1-3/4”, shank length 8-3/8”, ball to pin hole 12-1/4”. )
