Request return authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Keep items unused and uninstalled, with original packaging and accessories. Electronics, liquids, special orders and other categories are excluded.

Wrong part/size or change of mind: a 20% return processing fee applies, plus applicable shipping costs.
Original shipping is non-refundable. For orders shipped free, the actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund. Return shipping is prepaid by the customer.
After payment capture, cancellations and refunds generally incur a 5% processing fee, except for our error, confirmed defects or confirmed carrier loss. The 5% and 20% fees do not stack; only the greater applicable fee applies. Store credit waives the 5% fee, but applicable return fees remain.

Mishimoto has developed an intercooler pipe and boot kit for the 2017+ 6.7L Powerstroke for customers looking to upgrade both cold-side and hot-side intercooler pipes at the same time! Upgrade to the Mishimoto kit for increased reliability, durability, and performance.
The pipes are constructed of mandrel bent aluminum with a polished finish and eliminate restrictive bends in the factory pipe, allowing for improvements in airflow, power, and EGTs. The engineers at Mishimoto designed CNC-machined quick-disconnect flanges and IAT sensor housing to allow for an easy install in less than two hours. This intercooler pipe and boot kit is direct fit, retaining all factory emissions components and does not require the use of a tuner.
This kit includes Mishimoto Silicone Boots with DuraCore technology. Mishimoto DuraCore technology is the synthetic material that comprises the innermost layer of all Mishimoto Silicone Diesel Boots. Compared to normal silicone, DuraCore provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil. This effectively increases the life of our boots by preventing leaks and blowouts. To add even more reliability this kit includes Mishimoto Constant-Tension T-bolt Clamps for accurate and consistent holding power.
This pipe and boot kit is the perfect addition to the Mishimoto 6.7L Powerstroke Performance Primary Radiator.

Installation Torque Specs
27 in-lbs (3N*M) recommended for all t-bolt and constant tension t-bolt clamps. These clamps have an operating range of 18-35 in-lbs (2-4N*M). Do not exceed the maximum torque rating of 35 in-lbs (4N*M).

Note
Mishimoto has improved this product by including an O-ring and spring clip for the cold-side pipe. If you did not receive these components with your kit, contact our Customer Service Team or remove the stock O-ring and spring clip and install them onto your Mishimoto CNC-machined coupling.
The stock O-ring and spring clip must be re-used with the hot-side pipe.
