Original Engine Water Pumps are frequently replaced due to high coolant temperatures causing damage to internal electronics. The Dorman OE FIX provides a redesigned electronic board that includes an upgraded microcontroller designed to handle high current levels and the ability to withstand higher than normal operating temperatures. Additionally, our direct replacement engine water pump units include all new bearings, O-rings and seals and the necessary mounting hardware for a complete installation.
