Chevy V8 Engine Replacing 4.3L

These engine mount adapter plates are used to install a GM V8 into the GM S-10 / S-15 Trucks & Blazer when only replacing the 4.3 Litre V6.

The engine mount includes a driver side & passenger side mount plates, fastening hardware and adapter mount instructions.

Note: Currently, engine conversions using our components have been performed on vehicles as new as 2000 (on 2wd models), and 1997 (on 4wd models).

Note:The engine mount plates are designed to work with the 4.3 Litre engine rubber /cushion mounts.

Note:On 1990 & newer 4 cylinder models, you will need to purchase a set of 4.3L engine rubber mounts and frame perches from GM to use in conjunction with our adapter engine mount plates.
