High-impact ABS plastic enhances pedal support and spring guide components. Pedal sensor assemblies are 100% tested for output versus pedal position, the slope and linearity of the two separate outputs are accurately checked ensuring optimum vehicle performance. Several polymers are used in the construction of the assembly providing the best combination of strength and support for the spring guide components. Dual return springs provide redundancy and a comfortable, familiar pedal force profile.
